Canon Point: Whisked away from his world while traveling from one gig to another during a storm.
Age: Adult, equivalent to a human in his late 20's.

Abilities:
Thunder Fang - The user bites with electrified fangs. This may also make the target flinch or leave it with paralysis.
Pin Missile - Sharp spikes are shot at the target in rapid succession. They hit two to five times in a row.
Thunderbolt - A strong electric blast crashes down on the target. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
Round - The user attacks the target with a song. Others can join in the Round to increase the power of the attack.
Pokemon Ability: Volt Absorb - Restores HP if damaged by an Electric-type move.
Personality:
You notice when Poprox enters a room. He is huge in both body and personality--loudly laughing with friends and re-enacting stories he's picked up on his travels. Sometimes things get broken but he's always there to help clean up the mess afterwards. For better or for worse, he navigates through life believing every other Pokemon he meets is a friend he just hasn't made yet. It's hard for him to hate anyone--only the nastiest of nasties can earn Poprox's scorn.
In battle, he comes in blazing with all offensive attacks. Poprox has no time for boosting stats or setting traps. He's here to rock, roll, and win.
History:
Poprox was found as an abandoned and sickly Eevee by a Kangaskhan named Rose and swiftly adopted into her family. Early life was tough for Poprox and for a short time after he was found, it was unclear if he was going to make it. Rose had never cared for such a sick baby and the entire experience led her to becoming overly protective and scarcely allowing him to leave her pouch, much less her direct line of sight. Her loving care made Poprox grow into a happy, healthy, and very rotund little Pokemon.
As Poprox matured though, his mother noticed that he had grown lonely from being kept so close for so long. Rose made the tough decision to stop raising him like Kangaskhan and start raising him like an Eevee. She introduced him to others of his species and presented him with the option to evolve--which he swiftly took. After becoming a Jolteon, Poprox easily outpaced his mother's powerful bounds and escaped the protective umbrella she'd held over him for years and years.
Adolescence was a time full of impulsive discovery for Poprox. Being loud, generous with his compliments, and perhaps a little too trusting allowed him to make tons of friends--even with the most unsavory-looking Pokemon. Said unsavory Pokemon usually led him to getting scraped off the dungeon floor by Rescue Teams and sent home to his mother.
Not all of the rough and tumble Pokemon that Poprox made friends with caused him harm though. He eventually fell in with a group of prickly but passionate musicians and after dabbling in music for a few years, Poprox found his own way to contribute. He developed a unique way of creating music with his electricity. He channeled the voltage up through his ears and quills with loud pops and thrums similar to the Tesla Coils found in the human world. The sound created a brilliant base to back vocal and instrumental music alike.
Now he tours the countryside both on his own and with other bands and their roadies to make other Pokemon smile. He never forgets to stop by home to visit his mom. She still tries to shove him in her pouch though. He doesn't mind too terribly.
